Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the data that the NoLeak app holds about you or your business at any time.

If you are a business that connected its WhatsApp account

1. Sign in to the dashboard and open Settings.
2. Choose Disconnect WhatsApp account. The access token is deleted immediately and the app can no longer act on your behalf.
3. Optionally choose Delete account. All contacts, messages, media, templates and campaign data are deleted within 30 days.

You can also remove the app from your Meta Business Portfolio under Business settings → Integrations → Apps, or from your Facebook account under Settings → Apps and websites.

If you are a person who messaged a business using this app

Email venkyb466@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the WhatsApp phone number concerned. We will confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply. You may also contact the business you messaged directly.

What is deleted

Account details, contacts, message history, stored media, and any access tokens. Server logs that may contain technical identifiers are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes and then purged.
