Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the NoLeak application and dashboard (the "Service") provided by NOLEAK (proprietorship of Bejjipuram Venkatesh, Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-TS-02-0380368) ("NoLeak", "we", "us"), 7-1-162/154/1, Bapu Nagar, Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad 500038, Telangana, India. By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets businesses connect their WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, manage contacts, create message templates, send campaigns, and reply to customers from a shared inbox.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members' use of it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta's Platform Terms, and applicable law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and TRAI regulations where relevant). In particular you must:
- obtain prior opt-in consent from every contact before sending them marketing messages, and honour opt-out requests promptly;
- not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that are misleading, abusive, illegal or that infringe others' rights;
- not use the Service to send one-time passwords or sensitive data on behalf of third parties without authorisation;
- not attempt to access other Customers' data or interfere with the operation of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that cause Meta to restrict or disable our platform access.
4. Meta charges and messaging limits
Conversation charges for messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform are billed by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. Messaging limits, quality ratings and template approvals are determined by Meta; we have no control over them.
5. Fees
Any subscription fees for the Service are stated at the time of sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of your contacts and message content. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service depends on Meta's platform and third-party infrastructure, and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of business, or for messages not delivered due to Meta's policies, limits or outages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Pricing and payment
NoLeak Platform is offered at ₹999 per month per workspace (no free trial; the dashboard can be explored before subscribing), billed in advance through Razorpay and renewed automatically until cancelled. NoLeak Code is a one-time purchase of ₹1,299 that grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the source code for your own business; you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the code. WhatsApp messaging fees are charged by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account at any time. On termination we delete your access token immediately and your data within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
